FOIL-CILIFO holds a formative event at Eurpean Green Week 2021
The Finnova Foundation, as a beneficiary of the CILIFO Project, will organise a training action within The European Green Week 2021 focused on European funding sources for projects incorporating innovative solutions in forest fire control and prevention and post-fire soil regeneration.
The hybrid event will be held on Wednesday, 9 June 2021, from 16:30h to 18:30h (Brussels time) and will feature presentations from experts in Community funding in areas such as the circular economy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, pollution and, of course, forest fires. Representatives of the various public-private entities that make up the CILIFO Project, both Portuguese and Spanish, will also participate, which will provide their vision on issues such as the Green Deal and set out the European programmes specifically existing in the field of forest firefighting.
